We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third party may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for FIRST CUSTOMERS ONLY and on orders over Php 1,500

Once your order is packaged, we will send you an email with tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

As of now, we do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at seoulkshoppe.ssc@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
